Indiana Supreme Court Hears Cardosi Appeal

The Indiana Supreme Court Thursday heard an appeal on behalf of convicted killer Derrick Cardosi.  Cardosi is doing life without parole for the 2016 murders of three people at a home in Sumava Resorts in Newton County, in a robbery gone bad.   Cardosi’s attorney argued text messages between his client and co-conspirator Sabastian Wedding should not have been allowed into evidence at Cardosi’s trial.  The 26 year old Wedding of Cedar Lake, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 55 years.
