New Lowell Councilman, Youngest ever

The youngest person to ever hold a seat on the Lowell, Indiana Town Council was sworn in Thursday night.  26 year old Josh Henshilwood is a plumber by trade and a graduate of Lowell High School, class of 2011.  The new fifth ward council member replaces longtime councilman Edgar Corns.   Henshilwood says he hopes to unite the town with events to bring everyone together.
