There’s more trouble for Fair Oaks Farms in Newton County. The Farms retail brand, Fairlife, is being sued. A California man has filed a federal lawsuit against the brand claiming fraud and seeks class action status for everyone in the U.S. that has ever purchased the milk products. The company’s labeling promotes the extraordinary care and comfort of its aninals which was why the plaintiff says he purchased the brand. Two recent videos from an animal rights activists group show both cattle and calves allegedly being mistreated at the farm.
